It's just, for right now in the short-term, our focus is PS4. Once it is out and we're happy with the state of it on PS4, we're always open to exploring other platforms. Its a digital key that allows you to download H1Z1 Battle Royale directly to Xbox One from Xbox Live. Parachute in and search for weapons, ammo, vehicles and supplies to stay alive.
Right now, our focus is the PlayStation 4. H1Z1 is a fast-paced, highly competitive, battle royale shooter. Screen Rant attended Daybreak Games' H1Z1 PS4 preview event this past weekend in Las Vegas, where Daybreak's Lead Systems Designer, Tony Morton, told us that they are just focused on the PS4 version right now when asked about a potential Xbox One release down the line: It all sounds great in theory and just might be what Daybreak Games needs to return to their once pride and glory, but it seems only PS4 players will get the chance to play this new version of the formerly dominant battle royale game.
That means a familiar controller layout, quicker matches, updated weapon mechanics, and more. The H1Z1 PS4 version will see updated gameplay that have been designed specifically for consumers who are used to console shooters like Call of Duty.
